impossible?
i think not!
sometimes it may seem
as though things in life
are insurmountable
or impossible...
i love the faith of little children!
nothing is too big or impossible for them!
Most of the things worth doing in the world had been declared impossible before they were done. - Louis D Brandeis
Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.” Mark 10:27
What is the beautiful if not the impossible. – Gustave Flaubert
i am off to have a beautiful day.
the sun is trying to show his face
and i am going to go for a walk
in the fresh air and listen to those
birds sing!
wishing you the most loveliest
of days as well!
*edited to say;
i just returned from a very brisk walk
outside in the fresh air and i was reminded
of the word impossible again...
approx. nine months ago i had an accident
and cut my achilles tendon half way through.
i had surgery, wore a 'boot' for 6 weeks and
then had two months of physical therapy...
nine months ago i thought taking a casual stroll would be
quite a huge endeavor and
a fast, brisk two mile walk?
that seemed IMPOSSIBLE!
i just did what i thought i might not ever get to do...
it was not impossible. :)

Beautiful post. Nice to meet you.
Reminds me of my sister in Washington who broke her leg right above the ankle in four places in December, after two plates and 14 screws later the doctors said 'You won't walk for a year'...It has only been 4 months and she is walking five miles a day now. Good job! The physical therapist said 'go ahead if it doesn't hurt' but slow down a bit.
true dat!
Beautiful post & I love the scripture from Mark. Happy that you are able to do a brisk walk. I love walks - they're both energizing & relaxing.
A beautiful inspiring post. Thank you for sharing your positivity. It cannot help but spill over. You prove what a positive attitude can do.
So glad you recovered from your accident. You have such a positive outlook, and I look forward to getting to know you better! Julie
Great post, and I love that, with God, nothing is impossible. So true! Keep shiny my friend.
Mark 10:27 is a verse I have on my fridge.

I first saw you right about a year ago ... taking a walk at the ball fields. Baseball practices started this week, so I thought of you walking by while I was watching my kids practice.
Then ... in the most unbelievable (nearly impossible) "coincidence" I read a friend's blog that evening ... I "somehow" noticed your comment ... I popped over to your blog ... and you "for some reason" had a picture of yourself that very day ... and "seemingly impossibly" I recognized you from the park that day.
Only God.
I have been blessed by your friendship ever since.
:) :) :)
Wonderful post. Very uplifting. I live on a farm too. Nice to meet you.
