going to the chapel...and we're...

sunday
i love sundays
church, singing & lifting my voice
and family time
cannot get much better than that

today is baptism sunday
two people plan to be baptised
my hubs is in charge of getting
the tank prepared with warm water
so he left early
it is always an emotional service
i should have worn waterproof mascara! :)

here is what my sunday looks like so far
although i will be changing when i get home
into my trusty yoga pants for a relaxing
rest of my sunday! ;)

oh how i adore these black oxfords!
no glasses? what??? ( i just started wearing glasses full time about 6 months ago) gold cardi is from h & m, striped shirt from walmart, skirt from target and scarf from local boutique

oh yes, now i will be able to read the bulletin! :)

may you have a wonderful and blessed sunday
shine your light friends
be shiny!

You've put that outfit together very well. I like very much the cardigan from H&M. Before my daughter had her two little babies, she used to be Visual Merchandising Manager at H&M! My Sunday has gone really well with all my family together. Blessed indeed!

Melody-mae, You are a girl after my own heart. Thank you for your kind comments and for being my latest follower. The first 6 years of my life, I grew up on a dairy farm. Despite the young age, I have very sweet memories of the farm. I, too, love scarves. You look wonderful in your newly-found scarf. I look forward to a long blogging friendship. And, yes, my Sunday has been a blessed day, especially now that you are a part of it. (smiles)

We had baby dedication day, it seems the new norm is way over 2.5 children. That is great it looked so awesome to see all the little ones, One couple has 4 under two. YES I said that, the oldest is 2.5 and they have 5 month old triplets. wow... I think that is a busy home. The mom is such a tiny thing I guess it is hard to find time to eat when you are that busy.
Love the times of baptisms too.

Hi There,
Thanks for visiting my blog. I love your profile storey. You are one strong lady.
That outfit is so cute. Loving the mustard paired with stripes. The oxfords are so cute. I just ordered a black and white pair. I was so averse before but now am ready to brace the oxford trend.
