weekend drives, what i wore and visits.

on saturday morning

while still sitting having morning coffee

my husband and i 

decided to go for a spontaneous drive.

our youngest daughter is coming home for the fourth of july

and bringing her boyfriend;

we wanted to see if table mountain

up at mt. baker was 

open and hike-able yet.

it wasn't but,

still it was a beautiful saturday drive!

we came home

babysat the grandson and did some yard work.

it was nice to work in the sunshine. 

last night my worship team

put on an old fashioned hymn sing.

we sang lots of old favorites!

 i decided i would wear 

my lace dress with cowboy boots...

since i was leading 

'victory in Jesus'

and yes, the boots 

seemed appropriate! :)

we had a GREAT turnout

and had a lot of fun too!

this week

will be a fun packed one!!

i cannot wait to have our daughter

here to visit;

even if it is only for a long weekend~

i will take whatever i can get!!
