thankful*nine

day nine- a cozy fireplace to snuggle in front of-

my husband and i went to town-
a costco run was needed. ;)

funny thing is:
afterwards he says,
"should we do anything else?"
me, "i don't know"
hubs, "my recliner is calling my name"
me, " the recliner, our fireplace and NCIS
are calling my name"
hubs, "let's go home!"

i know...we live a pretty
exciting life! :)
but, you know what?
i love it just the way it is!
it is beautiful the way it is...
i am happy. i am content.
i am thankful.

have a lovely day!
shine~

Just being with the hubby is exciting in itself. It's the subtle things that make all the difference.

We don't have recliners, nor television reception ... but my hubs and I just cuddled up last night for 2 episodes of NCIS on our little laptop.

While we very rarely watch t.v. shows, we have always like detective-type of shows.

I think I'm about ready to put some logs in the fireplace, too.

:) :) :)

Awww...my hubby and are the same way. Just so happy and thankful to be together wherever.

I went on my shopping trip today...no luck! :( But I'm looking forward to thrifting in my new town once I move! ;)

I am a homebody too--even though my home is reclinerless!

I love when things are just simple and easy. My hubby and I have a pretty happy simple life as well. Makes life just nice. Love it that way.
Blessings

Sounds like us! Aww, not to seek happiness all the time, but to be satisfied.
