just a post about shoes:)

i have always known
and will clearly admit
that i have a shoe
addiction-
i don't even know
when this addiction
began really but,
it is a legit addiction! :)

my husband and girls
know that i love my shoes!
in fact, my girls
often 'shop' mom's shoes
when they don't have what
they need for an outfit...

i think shoes
are one of those things
that always fit-
your weight may go up & down
but, as a general rule
my lovely shoes always fit!

i can go to a store
and don't need to
worry that i 'feel fat',
those shoes will always fit
frankly shoes will always
make this girl happy! :)

i am sharing a few of
my lovelies today~

my cute little peep toe wedge heels-
they are a lovely greyish-purple color
of course they go soooo cute with the lovely boot,
i had to wear for 6 weeks...even when sleeping i had to wear that boot!
i decided i needed to document it :)
these are my newest purchase from GW,
brand new with the tag still on!
i love these little loafers
this was taken last night
when i went out to the local coffee shop,
with my husband and our two best friends.
it was the first time since having my boot removed
that i wore pants!

loving these boots from tjmaxx-
oh yes this fall
i will be wearing these a lot!

toms are absolutely one of the most
 comfortable. shoes. ever!
you can also see how much smaller my right calf is after being in a boot
and not being used for 6 weeks. :(
and who can ever get enough of
converse? :)

a few of my lovelies
there are many more
i could share
but,
that might
have to be
another post! :)

I like Cinderella, I really do. She has a good work ethic. I appreciate a good, hard-working gal. And she likes shoes. The fairy tale is all about the shoe at the end, and I'm a big shoe girl.

I've always looked at shoes as being immensely beautiful things.

To be happy, it first takes being comfortable being in your own shoes. The rest can work up from there.

happy saturday!!
may you have sunshine
on a cloudy day~

There are at least 25 pairs of shoes in our closet fact they were all put in Costco see through shoe boxes so when the 'need' to shop comes up the closet is where this lady goes. One time I actually found a brand new pair of white leather tennis shoes still in the original box. Keep telling hubby if we ever get a 'real' closet organized shoes will look great in the shelves. He just shakes his head and appreciates the fact that no more are coming into the closet he needs some new ones now.

I am not a shoe person- I like my Asics and my flip flops. Otherwise I am barefoot! Even in the winter! My feet like to be FREE! LOL

However, all of the lovelies adore shoes! Maybe they got it from their dad? :)

When I was a kid the first thing I noticed about people was their shoes. Yes, my addiction started in childhood.

I love your shoes. The boots are especially cute. I'm a total shoe girl too. I don't know what it is or when it started but I tend to notice people's shoes first. My daughters are all shoe girls too.

You know what they say about walking a mile in someone's shoes before you criticize them? That way you're a mile away from them AND you have their shoes! Ha! I love shoes too! One of my best friends became friends with me because she saw me wearing little red keds at a boy scout meeting that our sons were at. She thought anyone who wore red keds would be a very fun friend so she made sure to come over and talk to me. that was..... over 25 years ago! We're still friends and we still have fun together! (but I don't have the red keds anymore)

Eep! It's too late here to drag out the shoes, I have only two pair to share, but I'm glad you joined Dani's hop!

Fun post. :)

I, too, LOVE having a wide variety of shoes ... and purses, too.

I went to the thrift store down the road the other day and found a "Nine West" brown & red 3 compartment purse (perfect for fall) ... and then found some adorable red clog-type shoes to match. Oh. My. Yes.

Put a smile on this girls face.

:) :) :)

PS: Just remembered that I "found" you because I saw you out for a walk in an adorable outfit with some mighty cute boots. Too funny!

I wish I could have a lot of cute shoes. But I have a very wide foot plus the surgery I had a few years ago on one foot has caused worse pain. I am not meaning to complain but I am lucky to find a pair that fits and I am not in pain wearing.

So enjoy your love for shoes.Indulge!

I love the shoes! I am sad to say I don't have any near as exciting as yours. But.... I could always start to collect! (Don't tell my husband.):):)

I have a slight obsession as well! And now that I have a little girl, my obsession has spilled over to buying her way to many pairs as well! My hubby hates it! :-)
