this day

this day memories were made
a quick drive to seattle
to have lunch and wander a bit
with my sister in law and two
of my brother in laws was
on the schedule-
my youngest daughter and i
decided at the last minute
to drive and see them while
they were in town from portland
packing up their son from his
first year at college in seattle.
my hubs was working so
she and i got ready and met them
for lunch then wandered the streets
in the freemont district...did some
antique and vintage store shopping
and...we went to this UH-maze-ing
place, called 'theo chocolate'
they have plates and plates
of sample after sample of every
kind of chocolate imaginable
i mean, we are talking...the regular
chocolate cherry, and chocolate oraange...
but then there was chocolate with chili papper
chocolate coconut with almond,
chocolate hazelnut, coffee flavored
i tell ya...it was heavenly!
chocolate and vintage antique mall shopping?
oh yeah, it was a great day...
my daughter and i had a wonderful time-
memories were made and time was
spent with my in laws and one of my darling daughters...
lovely indeed!

Love chocolate! I love just doing things on the spur of the moment. I did that today myself going to the mountians with a friend up to Detroit Lake. It was beautiful! Had so much fun!
I dont think I have ever been to this chocolate place you are talking about. I will have to let my sisters and mom know. Maybe a future trip coming up.
Blessings

Your posts always my mouth water with their lovely deliciousness, but this one was particularly mouth-watering and yummy. I won't lie; I'm a little jealous of your chocolates encounters. :)

Seriously though, sounds like a great time!
