hello, tuesday!

mr. sun is shining
this beautiful day-
birds are singing
and chirping away-
spring is visiting
which makes me
so thankful & happy today-

the son is shining
just like everyday-
angels are singing
and praising away-
 the son will visit
each and every day
this makes me,
thankful &  happy today-

silver cross, i actually purchased for the hubs but, he only wears his wedding band so i 'adopted' the necklace!
my favorite coat, a houndstooth pattern thrifted while visiting hubs' sister in Portland, OR
magenta long sleeve top was also thrifted i wore this on day one of this challenge too,
jeans from Kohls and not showing are my black moccasins from Target

yes, it is a gorgeous day here today
my 2 year old grandson is here
and this granny is thinking a walk
in the sunshine just might be perfect!
he loves to hear the birds chirping
he says; "granny, the birds sing tweet-tweet'
i am thinking it will be a lovely day
to enjoy the weather and to revel in
all my many blessings-

all dressed up to go 'on the farm' with his gramps!

may you too have a lovely & blessed day
smile, my friends!

Your posts always make me feel nice and warm inside melody-mae. Isn't it lovely when the sun shines = I love it! I have had my two year old grandson here today with his 15 month old sister and we have had great fun out in the garden and down at the park! I love that silver cross and the colour of your jumper. Blessings to you from here in England.

Melody-mae, We have a KOHL's here too. I love it. The poem I have for today is about our 3 year old grandson (who is a twin). It must be grandparents' day. (smiles) I am enjoying your poetry. To go along with your theme: "A day without the Son is like a day without Son-shine." Be blessed.
