I woke to sunshine peeking through the bedroom window...birds singing and it feels so good!
Two songs keep running through my head today:
Heavenly sunshine, heavenly sunshine flooding my soul with glory divine
Heavenly sunshine, heavenly sunshine, Hallelujah...Jesus is mine!
and of course 'dating' myself...good old John Denver
Sunshine on my shoulders makes me happy, sunshine in my eyes can make me cry.
Sunshine on the water looks so lovely, sunshine almost always makes me high.
If I had a day that I could give you, I'd give to you the day just like today.
If I had a song that I could sing for you, I'd sing a song to make you feel this way.

Love both of those songs...and haven't heard either in years! :)
Oh girlie...I really feel for you. We've had our fair share of crap weather lately and I just don't know how you NW people do it. Love the song in your heart. All except the John Denver. For some reason he makes my skin crawl;)
