breathe

this time of year

i get a bit crazy.

each day seems 
filled with
lots and lots of 
commitments.

presents. parties. baking. decorating.

and the list goes on and on.

this year;

we have a wedding too!

yesterday, i went to the mall

and i was 

such an airhead

i cannot even tell you!

it was crazy.

i got a LOT done.

that is for sure...

but, i wasn't myself.

to put it mildly!

today i went for a 

walk

and then came home

and this song came popping 

into my head...

yes.

may i remember to

breathe.

just breathe!!
